I used two wallet images to create a heart shape to represent love and Valentine's Day. The wallet that "ticks" and darkens over time represents the second hand on a clock and rotates clockwise.
Love and Leather
When I was interviewing for my motion graphic job at Anson Calder, I created several ad concepts for Valentine's Day. Anson Calder sells travel accessories, including several styles of wallets. They use french calfskin leather that ages and patinas over time. Both love and leather get better over time. I created the heart animation concept "Love & Leather" that got me the job.
